  2. Wrap the palette with clear cling wrap.
  3. Using a palette knife, break all of the pieces until it turns into a loose powder.
  4. Spray 70% Isopropyl Alcohol onto the powder.
  5. Using the palette knife again, press the damp powder back into its original shape.
  6. Clean up around the edges and voila!

Kouturekiss _ Eye Poppers

  1. Apply a matte white shadow over your entire lid.
  2. Apply a white eyeliner or white cream shadow to just the top of the upper lash line.
  3. Also apply this eyeliner/cream shadow to the inner corner and the inner two thirds of the bottom lash line.
  4. Apply a soft golden shadow to the crease. This color works great with the white to help make it pop and also is a universal shade for all skin tones.
  5. Apply a shimmery white shadow over where you placed the white liner before to help make it pop even more.
  6. Also apply the same shimmery white shadow to the brow bone.
  7. Apply your favorite mascara to the top lashes only and voila!
