Master 4 Liquid Eyeliner Looks

Eyeliner can dramatically change the appearance of your eyes, so today I will be showing you 4 different ways to wear your eyeliner. My two favorite liquid eyeliners are the NYC Liquid Eyeliner and the ELF Liquid Eyeliner. They both have easy to use brushes and the formulas stay all day. Today I will be using my NYC eyeliner.

1) The first to wear your liquid eyeliner is the subtle cat eye that has a short wing and a thin line going across the eyelid. This is more toned down for an everyday look, or for someone with round eyes that wants to make them look bigger! (more…)

Ombré lips…they look so great but seem so hard to do, right? Not true! Here’s a super easy way to achieve this trend. This can be done with any colors you want. You’ll need a dark lip liner, and two lipsticks. Make sure the lipsticks contrast: one very light and one deep.

Kouturekiss - The Night Owl Eye Look

Want a dramatic eye, but don’t want to bother with eyeshadow? Try doing a winged liner look, but take it a little further….

I used Inglot gel liner in #77, and angled MAC brush #263. I love this liner because it’s the blackest I’ve ever used and waterproof. This is my favorite brush because it’s very precise, and the synthetic hairs give a smooth and thin application.

Step 1. Starting with a matte eye, use your synthetic angle brush with the tip pointing away from the eye, to lay down your first line.
Step 2. Go back to the line, and drag the liner across the entire lid to the inside of the eye. The bigger the better, dont be scared! It’ll feel weird but it’ll look beautiful! Connect with the front of the eye. (more…)
