Start by making sure your lips are smooth and hydrated. Lip balm is your friend!
Using a lip liner that is slightly deeper than your natural lip tone, begin to line your lips going very slightly outside your natural lip edge. A rosy-beige color is a good place to start of you’re not sure of what to use.
On the center portion of your top lip, use your liner to connect the peaks of your cupid’s bow. (Drawing more of a straight line)
Line your bottom lip, and in the middle underneath, make a small extra darkened dash.
Fill in your lips with a light colored neutral (lip-toned) lipstick.
Using a highlighter or shimmery vanilla colored shadow, dab around your cupid’s bow and in the center of your bottom lip.
Add a tiny dab of gloss in the center of your lips.
