Many women have this at some point in their lives, but no worries! There are treatments out there to treat your dry and damaged hair, but nothing is better than all natural home remedies. Home remedies are much better for your hair, because it’s not chemicals that are from a lab. It’s natural ingredients help heal the hair follicles long term instead of short term like many chemically made products on the market now. I’m going to show five of my favorite and top rated all natural hair treatments for dry and damaged hair.

  • One remedy to use is the avocado and banana treatment. This is excellent for your hair, because it rebuilds shine and infuses health back into your hair. Bananas contain amino acids that help protect your hair from damage and citric acid that helps with the vibrancy. Avocados have vitamins A and B6 in it, therefore it adds natural rich oils that help your hair. To try this, just mash up the avocado and banana in a bowl and spread it evenly throughout your hair. Put a cap over it and let it sit for 30 minutes. Then rinse it out with warm water.
  • Another natural treatment for your hair is honey. Honey helps reverse the dullness in your hair, the brittleness’ and breakage. What a lot of people do is add it to their conditioner. You can replace it as a conditioner or mix it with your conditioner. Either way, it will definitely help restore your hair!
  • A great home remedy to use is the egg white (usually clear) for your hair. This helps with the damage of your hair. Begin by doing this treatment by first cracking open an egg in a bowl and then removing the yolk keeping the white part in the bowl. Then take some water and mix it in the bowl with the egg white. After this, rinse your hair with warm water and apply the egg white to your scalp and massage it thoroughly.
  • All oils of different kinds are wonderful for dry damaged hair. Oils help restore moisture and bring growth back into your hair. You may try this first by mixing different oils such as coconut oil and olive oil and applying it to your scalp. I suggest leaving it on for at least an hour before washing it out.
  • Aloe Vera helps with brittle dry locks. To correct brittle dry hair with aloe vera, all you have to do is add a teaspoon to your shampoo and you are on your way to healthy hair.

I really recommend trying these natural home remedies for your hair. If you aren’t having results at the salon from their treatments, then these natural solutions may help. It’s vital to keep your hair strong and healthy, so give it a go!
