The Perfect Cat Eye (Using Liquid Eye Liner)

The cat eye is among the most popular makeup trends out there and with liquid liner it’s easy to achieve whether you’re aiming for a subtle version or full on drama, follow the steps below to get the purr-fect results every time!

  1. With liquid eye liner, the worst thing you can do is drench your brush! Dip the brush and be sure to dab off any excess liner. (For this tutorial i’m using e.l.f.’s liquid liner.) 
  2. Starting at the outer corner of the eye, draw a line out towards the ear (the longer the line, the more dramatic the result!).
  3. Starting at the inner corner of the eye, draw a line across lide and connect to the end of the first line.
  4. Fill in!
  5. Apply lid to lower lid (optional).
  6. Mascara, mascara, mascara!

There you have it! You now have the secret to the perfect cat eye. Finish off with mascara and you’ll be in full sex kitten mode!
